If you reside in one of our IN-DISTRICT communities of Berlin, Hudson, Marlborough, Maynard, Northborough, Southborough, or Westborough, you may download the IN-DISTRICT application here and print it out.

If you reside in any other community, you must use the OUT-OF-DISTRICT application.Your superintendent must complete the tuition application form, as described in the application, before you can be considered for admission to Assabet Valley.

Take completed applicaiton to your sending school guidance counselor. He/she will fill out the recommendation and attach the current and  previous year's grades, attendance and discipline.

The sending school guidance counselor willl then fax or mail the application and all attachments to
