How to obtain a copy of your transcript

Graduates/Alumni:

Assabet Valley graduates may email Michele Curran at mcurran@assabet.org to obtain a copy of their transcript.

The e-mail must include: Name of student at time of graduation, Year of Graduation, Date of Birth, and Address of where official transcript is to be sent.

Please allow 5 business days to process your request.

Current Students:

Current students should fill out a transcript request form which is also available in the guidance office.
